Jeff Donner is co-founder and co-principal of 1031 Bridge Funding, LLC and responsible for the companies
positioning within the Real Estate Investment Securities Association (REISA). 1031 Bridge Funding, LLC is a
specialized lending platform that provides bridge equity across a broad spectrum of asset classes including
Tenant in Common (TIC) and Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) structures.
Mr. Donner has spent his entire life in the Oakland/San Francisco Bay Area, residing the last 42 years in Moraga, CA. After graduating from the University of California, Berkeley in 1963 —GO BEARS!— Mr. Donner commenced a four-decade career in real estate investments and real estate finance in addition to a three-decade career specializing in account receivable consumer financing. After semi-retiring in 1985, Mr. Donner joined Consolidated Capital Corporation from mid 1985 to 1988, a publicly traded real estate syndication company, underwriting and negotiating participation fundings on all types of real estate investments throughout the United States. Subsequently, Mr. Donner was the founder and principal director of Bay Area Finance. Mr. Donner has been previously licensed by the California Department of Alcohol & Beverage Control and the California Department of Motor Vehicles as a retailer and wholesaler as well as having been previously licensed in Nevada with a restricted (limited) gaming license. Mr. Donner has been married to his lovely wife Marsha for 36 years and is the proud dad of three sons and two daughters as well as being the proud grandfather of 10 all of whom are “GO BEARS” fans. |
